The Evolution of a Cult can be defined by specific steps.

1. The Core Concept

A dominant personality or coaches propose a revolutionary approach pledging a solution for struggling players.

So here we are. Plans are in motion to confront the system overseas. The gunships are circling. Conflict emerges from the out-houses. A lone figure, exposed, shivering, the slogan POSITIVE INTENT displayed prominently as a symbol, has come staggering through the lines and is being led away in secrecy to a different team elsewhere.

Do you ever miss the start, when the world was still young? The initial phase, of uninhibited aggression.

2. The Honeymoon Phase

Movement founders offer a reboot, optimism ahead, love, redemption within a community united in belief in the big idea.

What was this thing initially? Just men on a balcony basking in glory. Ink. Strength. Jawlines. Confident masculinity. Oh sure, England’s players often say they don’t use the label, amusingly because if it doesn’t exist, what did we see?

Yet it’s clear what it is. It’s Harry Brook executing a stroke so depraved it’s beyond belief. It’s the thrill of Ben Stokes at his peak, a look that says: pensive Nordic god, beard made of wood, untamed style, truly contemporary you half-expect to notice and find him positioned at mid-off bare-chested and cradling a wild salmon.

It’s Ben Duckett often seen to talk in press conferences, out there looking like a joyful figure smartly dressed, expressing thoughts like we’re challenging norms. Indeed, the atmosphere, for quite a long time, was entirely positive.

3. The Growth Phase

Growth phase. Unity enforced through repetition of mantras. These ideas are often illogical as a loyalty check.

Am I alone? The criticism, the anger, the feeling of letdown following the initial loss feels overblown, overdone. England batted badly on the field, as history shows. 4. The Backlash Phase

The team have been isolated within this world since childhood. Attempting to break free, to foster positivity, they are just repeating their own experience, creating another a bubble, a closed circle, however with a new team and a coach promoting authenticity if you fit the mold.

Live where your feet are. Run towards the danger. However much you change, things stay similar.

With this mind, now is the time to offer compassion for the movement, to recognize its positives, of which there are many. What is Bazball? Encouraging expression. Defying norms. Batting aggressively|Attacking with
